Hi!

I am starting to use CMSMS. Now that I have finished my first template, I wanted to delete all the sample pages but one and start to populate the database with my own content. The problem though is that the system doesn't display any of the new pages I have created, they are simply missing in the 'Pages' overview.

To be slightly more precise, I started off by having all the sample pages and deleted all but one. This one page is still being displayed, but everything else is not showing up. The strange thing though is that I don't get an error message when adding a new page, in fact CMSMS confirms that the page was added to the database. And when I try to add a new page with the same alias (just as a test), CMSMS correctly warns me that a page with this alias already exists, so it seems to see the added content to a certain extend, it just doesn't come up in the page manager.

Any idea what I might try to get the pages to show up?

Thanks

Alex

Hi!

Really sorry that I asked the question again to be honest the search function in the forum is relatively useless. Even when I limit to search only in topics, most questions result in 400 or 500 hits and when I try different search terms to limit the results, I very quickly get to the point where the forum doesn't allow any further searches for a few minutes (already after 5 requests or so).

So thanks for pointing out the answer, much appreciated!

Alex

Wow... no matter what you do, somebody complains. The site search (the little search bar at the top of every page on the forum) uses google to search only this forum.. I gotta tell you that IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.

How do you think uniqu3 found the link to the forum? a photographic memory perhaps? I don't think so.
