print module error - looping and causing memory outage

Hi has anyone else come across this...
I upgraded a while ago to 1.6.6 bonde
The Error log is looping stuff lines like the folllowing.. and causing memory outages.

Also I now have RSS broken with link <a href="news/rss/latest.html"

Anyone ideas what might be happening here??
