[Solved] TinyMCE Error in 1.6.7 diff update?

Just updated from CMS 1.6.6 to 1.6.7 - including update to TinyMCE version 2.6.2

After updating, in Extensions->TinyMCE WYSIWYG->Profiles, I had an error displayed:

Checking the directory, I see that function.admin_profiles.php indeed does not exist. I checked the diff package and it's not in there, so I looked in the 1.6.7 base install, and found it there. After uploading that file to the server I get this error:

Is there something I overlooked in the update, or something I need to do? It doesn't (at this point) seem to be affecting the operation of the editor, but I want to check before I start rolling it out to clients.

There seems to be a 4 file difference between the full and diff... A new diff will be cut today, which should take the issue away...

I looked into this.
Uploading the /Modules/TinyMCE/ folder out of the base 1.6.7 package solves the problem described.

This problem is probably caused by the four files RonnyK mentioned.
