Did install mle-1.6.6 and did follow the instructions.

2) Rename the file “config.lang.php.alby” to “config.lang.php” in the root folder of CMSMS MLE

But there is no config.lang.php.alby file in the download cmsms-mle-1.6.6-full.tar.gz
