Here's the ChangeLog...

* Added wysiwyg body tag callback for making htmlarea work
* Fixed htaccess.txt to point to a better url
* Fixed hiding/showing of Help boxes
* Fixed link content type so that urls are encoded properly for xhtml
* Fixed handling of attached CSS to WYSIWYGs
* Fixed stylesheet hook to actually send CSS
* Fixed phplayers menu to put CSS in with template CSS so it's easily cascaded
* Lots of other WYSIWYG related bugfixes

Mostly this version is being released so people have the option to use HTMLArea. I guess that means I need to package it up and put it somewhere for people to download.

Anyways, any testing would be appreciated. There aren't a ton of fixes, and would hope for a release on Tues or Wed.

Thanks!

Haven't heard any replies. That's a good thing. :) Unless something comes up, I'm going to release it tonight, along with the HTMLArea module.

I'm extending this another day, since I realize that I forgot to add the link to download the thing from the downloads page. It's there now. I've also added a modules page for the HTMLArea module. I want a better system than this (which I'll need to discuss on IRC), but it will work for now since it's only the one module.

If anyone has any problems, please let me know.

Thanks!

I've gotten two bugs in the past few hours, so I'm going to postpone the release and instead do an rc2 after I get those bugs worked out. This probably means that 0.8.2 will come out beginning on next week, unless they're really simple bugs. Something tells me they're not... I'll keep everyone posted.

* Fixed link content type so that urls are encoded properly for xhtml
* Fixed handling of attached CSS to WYSIWYGs
* Fixed stylesheet hook to actually send CSS
* Fixed phplayers menu to put CSS in with template CSS so it's easily cascaded
* Fixed initial database so first user created is not in the admin group
* Fixed ereg_replace functions in file management (ntro)
* Fixed bug with uploading images in TinyMCE (#000087)
* Fixed bug with ordering if there are more than 10 pages in the root of the content hierarchy

Please let me know if any bugs are still outstanding.

Post subject: 0.8.2rc2 looks and acts good so far ;-)

Hello Wishy, all--

Upgraded to 0.8.2rc2 this morning (Sat. Jan. 15, 2005) and it looks and works good so far. Glad that the "additional editors not sticky" bug was fixed. I'll make a report if I notice anything "anomalous." ;-)

One thing I did want to mention is that HTML blobs, like content pages, can have additional editors specified. However, I have noticed that if that additional editor logs in (actually me logging in as that other user) the HTML Blobs menu link does not appear, even if that user has been selected as an additional editor of a particular HTML blob.

Thank you Wishy and all contributors to CMS Made Simple for such an excellent tool and product.

Another update with very few bugs... congrats.

0.8.2rc2 - On the Admin log - Activity is showing as a number instead of text when tracking the adding or editing of News items.

Is there a source for the additional CSS color schemes in changeset 1198 other than in the initial.sql as I am working with an existing site?

xscd -- Good point. I never thought about that. I'll try to come up with a fix... or maybe I'll just turn off the hiding for now until 0.9.

Greg -- I got them from Patricia's site. http://www.brumalsolstice.com/cms-made-simple.shtml As for the log, I'll take a look.

Thanks.
