We've moved to a new dedicated server. Mostly becuase I needed to handle the bandwidth increase we've taken lately because of moving downloads away from sf.net. We did that move on Sunday and it's been pretty successful, except for an outage last night from (I believe) a runaway process. I'm going to monitor the machine a little more heavily and make sure that doesn't happen again.
0.9rc1 is due out this week (or early next week). This WILL cause some hiccups. Anyone who is developing modules should start using svn now and update their modules to use the new API. If you need help with using it, let me know. The old API will be deprecated, and modules written for 0.8.2 and below will not work. So, I plead that anyone who has written modules that are out in the wild to please update them ASAP.
I imagine this transition process will take a couple of weeks, so, the word of warning is: If you're using a 3rd party module, don't upgrade to 0.9+ until you know that module has been ported! There are no database changes in this release, so you could revert back to 0.8.2 without any content loss, but it's probably better just to leave it alone until you know for sure.
Not much else to report, really. The project continues to grow, and I'm glad the community is getting strong enough that people actually care about the content of these messages.

Thanks!
