Hello from Finland. This is my first post here and first problem also. Sorry about my baaaaad english

When I create new page or modify any content, there is little delay before changes will appear live. All cache operations are disabled in global settings, but when I go to settings and click "clear cache", everything works fine.

Why this will happen, even if cache is disabled? I contacted ISP and they don't have any own caching in server. Timezone settings are also correct.

I've tried to find solution via many forum posts etc, but nothing works... What can I do? I have CMSMS 1.10.3.

More Information:

Delay only occurs in the public site. In admin side the works ok only when editing. If you create new page, the page is displayd on the list after delay.
