Configuring Form Builder Email Response

Post by webguru »

Is there a way to configure the email that is received by the admin when a form is submitted?

Currently, we have a simple form. Name, email, zip and 5 option pull-down field.

When my client receives the email with all the information, it is one long sentence and cumbersome for them to get the content out of.

How do I add simple line breaks in the email the admin receives?

I am using formbuilder 0.8.1.3
CMSMS 2.1.1

Thanks!

Assuming you setup a field type: Email Results to set Address(es), You can go to Advanced Settings and customize the Email Template.

You could add some conditional formatting to match your needs.

Hope this helps

Magallo,

Thank you for your assistance.

Not sure what Conditional Formatting is, but your response about the Advanced Settings of the Send It field led me to the answer. I checked the HTML option and the emails are now coming in so we can understand them.

Thanks so much!
