Authorize.net SIM

Post by CMSmonkey »

Hello everyone,
I have a site on CMSMS 1.11.3 with AuthNetSIM 1.0.3 and Orders 1.13.3.
When an order is completed, the user is returned back to my site; however, the Orders module shows the order is "proposed" and not "paid", and no email is sent out to admin or customer.

Maybe my settings are wrong?
Here is what I have:

AUTHORIZE.NET ACCOUNT
In the Authorize.net account, I have the receipt and relay response URL set to my Checkout page (which contains the {Orders} tag).

AUTHNETSIM MODULE SETTINGS
Test mode is enabled, API login and transaction key are filled out.

ORDERS MODULE SETTINGS
Under Preferences:
Page to assume that the billing form will be displayed on. This is usually the page with your {Orders} tag - Checkout
Page to use for the shipping form - Checkout
Page to use for the confirmation form - Checkout

Let me know if you need me to further clarify anything.

Thank you in advance.

CMSMS 1.11.3 is no longer supported nor secure. Upgrade asap to the latest version.

Thanks for the notification, staartmees.

I have upgraded to CMSMS 1.11.7.

After hitting submit on the Authorize.net form, I am returned back to my site to the page with the {Orders} tag, however, it says
"The user is not logged in (or not a member of the required group)".
The order still shows as "proposed" in Order Manager and the items still stay in the customer's cart.

Is there an issue with the session?

Could it be an issue with FEU sessions?
My FEU session is set as follows:
Session Timeout (seconds): 1800

User Expiry Interval:

Times for forced logout:

Exclude users that have been active in (minutes):
Should something be changed here?

I'm still dealing with this issue.

I have upgraded to 1.11.8 and all of the latest modules.

I set AuthNetSIM's relay response page to my "Order Successful". Under the Order Manager's Preferences tab, I set the "page to use for invoice display" to Order Successful also since the note below it says Note: This page is also used as the success and failure page for payment gateways.

When I test an order, it successfully returns to my site's Order Successful page, but the order still shows proposed in the admin section, the items are still in the cart, and no email is sent to the admin or customer.

I can't really find any information in the AuthNetSIM's Help, in the forums, in CG's E-Commerce HowTo on his calguy1000.com site.

Does anyone have any other suggestions as to how I can resolve this issue?

Thank you!
