Javascript should be actived to go further. CTL Modulemaker

I get this error on a new website i'm working on when i'm opening the module 'CTL Module Maker'. It gives a popup at the top of the admin page.

I'm using CMSMS 1.11.2.1 and the newest version of CTL.
Is this a problem of my browser? The CMS? Or the module?

I've tried another browser (chrome) but the problem remains..

Update: One thing i noticed, this error only appears when I'm using admin theme "OneEleven', with 'NCleanGrey' I don't get any error..
