I'm having trouble with CGCalendar... when I create a new event the 'To date' box is automatically checked, but there are no boxes to set the date... they only appear if its unchecked and the re-checked.

I'm assuming this is a bug? As it causes issues if you leave it as it is as when you go back and edit an event you get an error thrown up about the date values being invalid

can anyone confirm this - latest version - 1.9.6

Is nobody else having this trouble? Seems to be sort of working if I leave that tick box alone! I cant re-create now what combination of ticking/unticking/editing that box creates the problem

but basically... shouldnt that box be unchecked by default when you create an event?

Seems like it may be a bug, please to make a Bug Report in the modules forge page...

Actually... its apparently been fixed now - 'fixed in svn'. Not entirely sure what that means, tried to view the code via http://viewsvn.cmsmadesimple.org/listin ... h=%2F&sc=0 and get nothing...

What now? Anyone? 1.9.6 isn't much use without a modification to correct this bug.

Why isn't CGCalendar of much use? It works and if you want to add an enddate just unclick an click the 'To date' box. A next version will solve this bug.

CGCalendar is of much use...it's great! I use it in quite a few sites. I said version 1.9.6 isn't much use - because of this bug. Although understanding about ticking/unticking the box is easy for us web guys, it's not so easy for non-techie users.

yes... problem for editors is that when you go back and edit an event the box gets re-ticked even if you un-ticked it to start with - which then throws up an error when you save the event... having to explain that to a non-techie editor is a bit of a pain

hopefully there will be a new version release or that SVN link will get fixed
