This probably had been asked but I cant find any of the posts yet. I like to create an interactive world map whereby, when user point their mouse at a certain point on the map, an arrow will show the location and you will be able to click and link it to the other page.

Is there a module that can do this or what is the easiest way?

The map will look something similar like this:
