I've first have to look closely at the FEU-Module but how you described it was kind of I planned it :)

Hi, nice module so far!

Question: is there a way to display the dl_category in the list template?

And a nice feature would be csv import.

You mean the parent-category?

Can this be combined easily with CG-ecommercy/products/paypal gateway system? Or only through FEU?
I'm trying to set up a store, some products are downloads, some are physical.

Thanks... keep going!

Hm, I don't know if it's possible. At least there is no interface built in for this purpose yet.

DLM 0.7.7

Is it possible to choose the template (or page) that the detailed description is displayed on?

Whenever I click on the file name, the information is displayed on my homepage, which doesn't look good.

Thanks :)

Yep, that's possible:
Simply put the designated Page-ID into the field 'returnid' in the Options-Tab of DLM :)

I noticed some translation errors in the en_US.php file and would like to change them

However, I am unable to edit / overwrite or delete the file due to it being owned by either DLM or CMSMS.

(I am on shared hosting)

Is there any way around this? Or do I need to contact my host?

Thanks :)

Did you install the module with the Module-Manager?
If that's the case you have to change the file-permissions manually to 0777 via the FileManager in CMSMS.

Hello :)

I uploaded via Extensions/ Modules (Install module via XML file)

However, I have now removed that installation and uploaded via the Module Manager.

Quote:
Installation Process Complete!

* DLM
DLM installed. Make sure /downloads/ and /tmp/downloads/ are writeable and the permissions "Use DLM" and "Set DLM Prefs" are set correctly.

I have set the permissions as writeable in both the directories listed.

Where can I find "Use DLM" and "Set DLM Prefs" ?

I am still unable to edit the language file and the File Manager only displays files in my /uploads directory.

Best would be, if you upload the module via FTP - then there're no permission-problems if you want to edit the files.

Permissions can be edited here: Users & Groups > Group Permissions.

You could also send the corrected language-files to me and I put them directly in the package :)

I've got it all working now (via ftp). Thanks for the advice :)

Yes, I will happily send the translated file when it's finished.
