 Post subject: paginate content management

i think you should paginate content management to a certain extent. it may take a while to load the page and i dont want to look at 30-40 content items in the admin. it's just too much of a mess.

I definatly want to do something with the content management page. It's a little too messy for it's own good. However, i think we're going to hold on any content related changes until we do our rewrite of the content code. When we start doing that, we're going to reevaluate a lot of things and this page is defaintly on that list.
