TinyMCE Editor not visible on Content > Pages > Edit

Post by Baltofon »

CMS Made Simple 1.6.7 "Teremba Bay"
TinyMCE v. 2.6.2
Thanx for CMS - it's really great :)
But now TinyMCE doesn't work.
I have tried to enable "static config" on the advanced tab, I dropped all the values to default, i reinstall it for 5 (five) times:
1. The Extended "Module Manager - I tried to upgrade TinyMCE to 2.7.3:

Code: Select all

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7865092 bytes) in /home/www/kiravista/htdocs/rus/modules/nuSOAP/classes/nusoap.php on line 2666
2. I deleted TinyMCE and tried to upload TinyMCE 2.7.3 as XML:

Code: Select all

Ошибка при анализе XML файла. Пожалуйста, удостоверьтесь, что вы загружаете .xml файл, а не .tar.gz или zip файл.
(Error, please be sure u tried to download xml, not tar.gz or zip)
3. Than i tried to upload TinyMCE 2.6.2 as XML - the same problem.
4 and 5. Than I tried to upload both TinyMCE 2.6.2 and 2.7.3 via FTP as folder: unsuccessfully, TinyMCE doesn't work.

More details in russian:

Any ideas?

First, please update to 1.9.2 as only the latest two versions of CMSMS are supported.

For PHP lower then 5.2.4 , the last version is 1.6.9.

For the memory limit, you could increase memory_limit, either in config.php or in .htaccess.
Make also sure after re-installing of TinyMCE if your UserPreferences have TinyMCE set as your WYSIWYG.
Then check if it shows again.

But if your hoster has 5.2.10, then 1.9.2 is possible, as that requires 5.2.4+.
