i have still this bug on some modules (Gallery and M &C Factory) and in M &C Factory i can't add no (new) fields. Please fix this bug(s) and look also to other modules if they work fine with the expression-theme (or others report possible bugs). I want to use this theme standaard to my clients but this way i can 't.

Again, this is clean and professional theme (Better than the standard (ugly ) theme ;) :D ) I wish this was the standard theme on the core.(but than first most fix all the possible bugs ;) ) But i think this is not gone a happen. For the rest is cms ms a simple to use system.

Idea Is it not a idea to write a end usermanual how to use cms ms with this theme (like this http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/482)

Hi Andre,

Thank you again for your support and comments, they are very warmly received and appreciated.

I'm sorry there is still an issue at smaller screen sizes. I do aim to create a solution which is usable across the board.

Part of the reason this has been so difficult, is the markup used with the admin panel itself, and particular modules.

I have another theme I've been working on which aims to solve many more issues. It builds on expression's responsive layout, its much lighter and designed specifically with smart phones and small screen sizes.

Goran Ilic has also made a new theme for the new release of CMSMS which aims to address the similar issues, which I'm certain will be exemplary.

At the moment I am very busy with other projects, and can't guarantee a specific time, but I will try and take another look at your issues with screens over the coming weeks.

As well, I'll try and accelerate the completion of the new theme which I hope you will enjoy and find useful.

Again, if any one else has an bugs or issues (especially with modules, I can't test them all), please list them here and I'll do what I can to address them as quick as is possible.

Warmest regards and thanks,

Mikey

I also like the core documentation you pointed out.

Again, I had no idea that was there!

I do have my own document for clients, but it's created using inDesign as printed collateral and is specifically branded for each client (it contains their brand guidelines, custom mods and other per project info).

I will try and strip it down and rewrite it as odt and add it to the section in the forge you linked to.

You could also write your own guide, or extend one of the existing ones, if you have the time.

Thanks again Andre.

Mikey

Hi Legion,

Thanks for posting, unfortunately the newer versions of CMSMS (1.11.x) are not compatible with the theme. The way themes are handled was rewritten for 1.11.x which breaks compatibility.

I've been designing a new theme which works with the new system and brings further speed, ux and visual improvements.

It's almost ready and can post it in early in the new year.

If you'd like to try it early and offer some feedback, drop me an email [ mike@myshko.net ] or pm with your email.

Thanks for your time and support!

Great to hear
When i tried the 1.0.2 the drop down boxes, menus and text were out of sync in styles.
The text in the dropdown boxes were quite big and not in line with the wordpressy like theme. Maybe if you use the same fonts used in wordpress theme it might make everything to proportion and clean. I think the default font in your theme was like Arial or something, maybe Verdana might make it little nicer? I don't know just a suggestion. Right now it sort of looks alot like the One Eleven in style but if it can have your left side menu with the clean style of "default" theme on the right, it'd be the best!! Again just a suggestion.

The theme "default" manages to have the perfect combination of text and theme styles match. If you can bring that same to the current admin panel it'd make it the best!

Anyhow I can't wait to see your new release in next year.
