I need help to create UDT for a booking form. My client are using their own booking system with listing of events. In the listing page, there are either a Book Now button or Join Waiting List button if the event is fully booked. When user click on either one of this button, it should open up to the form with the event booked selected on the dropdown.

I managed to create a UDT and list the event. All I need now is someone to help create the UDT to pass value to the booking form. Please let me know your rate.

Currently this is how the original form recognized the booking ID.
booking.php?id=123

When I tried to modify the script, it will return in the CMSMS as follow:
index.php?page=booking?id=123

The id=123 is the event ID
