With 1.6.x, the user right "modify page structure" has been removed, without any substitution. This has brought great trouble for me, since a number of my projects depend on this right
I need to know what it would cost to re-introduce this functionality or something like that. The goal is to enable users who are restricted to their own pages (i.e. don't have "modify all content" right) to move pages up and down in the same hierarchy level. It is not necessary to move the pages across levels, moving in the same level would suffice (meaning that they are the owners of the pages anyway).
