Ähmm, einfach CMSms noch mal installieren und schon kommst du wieder an die templates ran - über den ThemeManager lassen die sich ganz einfach ex-/importieren.

Prüfsummen für die CMSms-Versionen gibts im forge

Such einfach nach Dateien mit dem Wort "checksums" ;)
