I just tested it in 1.11.13 and it works. You are logged in as an Admin with all permissions?

ps. Clear Cache?

Nope.

I'm admin and I cleared the cache.
Can it have anything to do with permissions?
PHP-save mode?
I installed CGSimpleSmarty and CG Extensions
What can it be?

Reinstall the news module?

When you don't have anything entered/changed in the module, it can't hurt to do that. Might help...

Please also post your System Information here.
