CMS Design Tips

I wrote this as a document designed to help people out when designing their CSS website thing. It's not brilliant right now, but it could grow - and I was wondering if it could be of some help to anyone. I can, if people like it, transfer it to the wiki you guys have. Comments and criticisms are more than welcome - I'll never make it better if I don't know what's wrong with it, will I?
And I'm especially sorry if someone's already done one of these. just, I went to the "I'm a designer" section, and whilst there was good stuff on how to make it look good, there wasn't really much about what looks good. I think. Anyway, it's just here to help.

Extensions » Modules/Tags click the name of the module/tag or Help to the right to get its parameters.
Right click and view source is a great way to see what you have to work with.
Check ver. CMSMS, PHP, server OS, in System Information page.
