There is also a banner on the CMSMS main page that you can click to go to the CMSMS map.
When entering the zipcode/city, type slowly and you will get a list of available cities. If you are not in the US, click the "Not in the US?" link below the zipcode field.
To be able to change your message, city etc. later on, you will first have to subscribe. You will then also be able to get email notification when the map is changed.
If you wish you can write a short message that other users can read and you can also upload a photo.
A cool thing is that you can zoom very close to an address and select to use either a map or satellite photo or a combnation of the two.
