Re: Can't Find Templates
It actually gives you the location and filename when you export to file. They're in /assets/templates though. So if there's not a templates folder in the assests folder (he checked there already), does this mean the site is broken? :( He thinks it may be running on the cache. Is there a way to tell...

Re: Can't Find Templates
Templates are in Layout > Design Manager. You'll see tabs for templates, stylesheets, etc. If you want to use file-based templates you have to choose that for each template first, then your designer can edit the .tpl files in your cPanel's file manager instead of editing through the admin interface...

Re: Site is down
Your host probably changed things on you AND you are certainly running an old unsupported version of CMSMS. a: Double check any and all paths and URL's in the config.php b: remove all files from tmp/cache and tmp/templates_c c: Plan to upgrade. Thanks BC Unfortunately a & b didn't help, so now ...

What Folders & Files
Hi,
So we are about to do a backup. Can you please tell us what specific folders & files we need to backup so we don't have to backup everything.
We have a lot of other folders that go to other things.
Thanks

Site won't work with PHP 7
So we upgraded to version 2.1.4 a few weeks ago, & my site was down for 18 hours before I realized that it's not working with PHP 7.
So we disabled all the modules except for:
CG extensions
CMS Content Manager
Design Manager
File Manager
Module Manager
and it still doesn't work : (

Re: Theme Files are Missing
SEOTools2 is something he can't see either & he has everything checked off except for users & groups.
We see it's stale, is there another SEO tool? We need to do a sitemap.

Re: Theme Files are Missing
And what's the difference between modify & manage stylesheets b/c modify is there & checked off.
And can you please do a test & create a user & go into your permissions & check to make sure the "manage" one is there?
Thanks

Re: Theme Files are Missing
Yeh he did the cache. No we can't start the entire site from scratch, that's just not an option. Please show us a screenshot of the area where it is in the backend. I'm talking under group permissions, not the tab. I shouldn't have to give anyone admin access just b/c it's missing in the CMS. That's...

Re: Theme Files are Missing
So I believe he already cleared the cache first thing. (He stepped away, so I can't confirm). Can you tell me the permission before & after the Manage Stylesheet so I can look for it afterward. I already cleared my cache, but I just logged into my admin area after we upgraded, so I didn't think ...

Re: Theme Files are Missing
His permissions are the 3rd column in.
There is nothing called "Manage Stylesheets" we already checked.
