LISE missing Field Definitions after site move
I recently switched site hosts. Before the old host was shut down, I downloaded all files for my CMSMS site and exported the database SQL from MySQL. I then put the new files on the new host, imported the database in MySQL, changed the config.php to point to the right place, and I'm back in! However...

Re: File Upload Module with File Deletion?
Thanks! I also did some testing and was able to get FEU to work with 2.x so that will buy me some time to test other plugins.

File Upload Module with File Deletion?
My searching has hit a wall.. I used to FEU on an old 1.x site to allow the user to upload an image, then I set that folder to auto-delete images after XX hours. I'm now looking at taking this site to 2.x and my assumption is the plugin will not work properly since it hasn't been updated in a while....

[SOLVED] Re: Too Many Redirects when trying to upgrade
Thanks @DIGI3 ! Removing htaccess didn't do the trick, but using the expanded installer I was able to update from 2.2.15 to .16 successfully! In looking at the PHP INI file it lists the below things for Phar, so I'll see about working with my host to simplify the update process in the future. [Phar]...

Too Many Redirects when trying to upgrade
I have two CMSMS sites on this specific host (Bluehost). One is on 2.2.15 and the other is older. However, in both cases when I go to https://mycmsmssite.com/cmsms-2.2.16-install.php , it always returns a "too many redirects" and the url changes https://mycmsmssite.com/cmsms-2.2.16-install...

Re: Account user sign up module? (not end user)
Thanks! So SelfRegistration makes it so they can create their user account without admin intervention. CGUserDirectory is used for the zip code search/display option, and FrontEnd Users is the main module for managing the users. And with FEU, there is an option where I can add a module they can mana...

Account user sign up module? (not end user)
I'm wanting to setup a site where my admin login is the top level backend. And then have the ability for people to sign up (maybe pay) to have an account, where they can login and manage their settings that show up on their own .com/username page. So when they login to the site, it shows them a CMSM...

[solved] Re: Have an empty/blank menu display static text?
Thanks for the idea, I had not tried that one. It didn't work on first attempt, but then I realized my page alias had changed, so the menu wasn't showing what it should show anyways. Once I fixed that in my page content, then added && $nodes|count gt 0 to the navigation menu, the else statem...

Re: Have an empty/blank menu display static text?
Thanks. I had given that a try and just tested again with a copy/paste of your code (in case I had a typo in my example) but it doesn't output anything onto the page. Still just blank? also: for the thread, I saw there's a typo on my closing </a tag. this was fixed adding the >. edit: Any other idea...

Have an empty/blank menu display static text?
I have a menu item within my page that links to some specific pages as they are activated. However, before the first page is activated, the website is a little missing on that page. Is there a way to display some text like 'no pages active yet' ? Here is my navigator template code below. I assume I ...

[solved]Re: Duplicated site issues - content not changing
So I took the 'when in doubt, restart' approach. Recreating the SQL database, confirming config settings and changing config permissions again (just in case), re-running the 2.1.6 update, and also making a small update to .htaccess that looked like it may be pointing to the old site. One or many of ...

Re: Duplicated site issues - content not changing
Thanks, PE. I have tried from 2 different computers: one at home and one at work, both on different ISPs. I deleted all files in the tmp/cache folder (minus the index.html) Triple confirmed the config.php is 444 and is pointing at the correct database. Upgraded PHP to 5.6 Don't think I have the abil...
