Re: Error line 709 in smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.p
Thank you both for your very quick reply - I have always found the CMSMadeSimple community so helpful! @Jo Morg: that did it - I truly do need to learn how to better read error messages and guess from there. It seems the client did some lovely copy-paste work that imported a bunch of extra MS word j...

Re: Error line 709 in smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.p
Looking at the code I just inserted above, I'm not sure why it's displaying the funky extra underscores before the opening and closing </__body> and <__html> tags... it is properly written in the actual CMS template interface.
Thanks again for your help!

[SOLVED] Error in smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php
Hello, My client, running cmsmadesimple 1.11, recently made an update to her homepage and it gave her an OMG error message page (I had never seen that OMG syntax in the error page before). So the first thing I did just now is upgrade her CMS to the latest 1.11.9, after having upgraded all modules an...

SOLVED: Html blob does not exist
To clear cache go to Site Admin -> System Maintenance -> Cache and content tab -> Clear cache button. It is hidden away compared to older versions. :) Good to know - thanks for that tip! I believe GCBs can now only have simple names as described above. Syntax referred to is syntax within the GCB; i...

Re: Html blob does not exist
Perhaps those GCB's don't work anymore due to syntaxproblems? Hello! The GCB tags are entered in my templates as instructed by the latest tag instructions. In my case, they are {global_content name='newsletter'} and {global_content name='footer'} and have worked fine ever since I upgraded their syn...

Re: Html blog does not exist
Tried to Clear cache? Rolf Ps. And only use letters and numbers in the name! Hello Rolf, I'm afraid I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to when you suggest to clear cache. I know that I used to be able to clear server cache through the CMSMS admin global settings, but I don't see that option...

[SOLVED] Html blob does not exist
Hello, I've attempted searches on both the forum and straight-out google without much success - hardly any entries with this issue. I recently upgraded a client from an older version of CMSMS (from 1.5 to 1.11) and everything seemed to work fine. Now, for some reason, several key parts of his site a...

Re: [SOLVED] Stylesheet not loading for admin interface
Dr. CSS, Thank you for educating me on this. When in other forums, I've been used to having moderators have the power to mark a ticket as "solved" and, therefore, they change the status to closed and automatically edit the subject line or simply have it disappear from currently active supp...

Re: Stylesheet not loading for admin interface
Paul,
Thank you for finding this previous post even though I wasn't able to find it before - it worked like a charm and I'm back in business! I was able to access tabs using the default admin theme and then switch it to a different one without hiccups.
Again, thank you so much!

[SOLVED] Stylesheet not loading for admin interface
Hello, Successfully upgraded my CMSMS version from 1.9 > 1.9.4.3 > 1.10, and finally to 1.11. The final jump to 1.11 is where the problem showed up. I ran through the upgrade script just fine and when I then visited the login page, I got a stylesheet-less login page. I refreshed a couple of times in...

Re: Problem with range of dates in Calguys Calendar
Hello Paul, Thank you for pointing me to the bug tracker for CGCalendar. Indeed those two links point to the same problem and/or very closely-related issues, but the proposed work-arounds didn't work for me. Has anyone out there switched from Calendar to CGCalendar and then back to Calendar again? I...

Re: Problem with range of dates in Calguys Calendar
Hello asdf,
Thanks for the feedback - I've tried checking and unchecking both the start and end date checkboxes, and various combinations, and they all continue to exhibit the same problem.
Anyone out there with ideas on how to troubleshoot?
Thanks so much!
Robert

[SOLVED] Problem with range of dates in Calguys Calendar
Hello, I've used the "Calendar" module in the past with success, but noticed that it was recommended to use CGCalendar now, so I'm using it for the first time now, and I've encountered a problem when editing existing events. When I first create an event, which happens to span a few days, I...
