Currently the site is in English, and the homepage, main nav, and headers are mostly images, which will need to be converted to text for the different lang...

MySQL Upgrade - Issues with Size
My host (1and1.com) has asked that i upgrade my MySQL 4 to MySQL 5. The issue i am having with this one is that the SQL file (not zipped) is large -- 57.2 MB and the host has an upload limit of 49 MB. I've tried "zipping" it with gZip and it does not work - just shoots back nothing. I thin...

I ended up just stripping the template of the special code. Thanks for the advice though!

Re: Upgrading MySQL 4.0 to 5.0?
I did read through those links, but i guess my question is, at what point will i need to upgrade my server from MySQL 4 to 5? I can assume that v1.11 will not work with 4, so that i will have to create a NEW database using 5. I just wasnt sure when in the process that would happen, and how i would g...

Re: Old CMSMS versions running on PHP 5.4?
Just wanted to note that, the admin panel of my hosting company (1and1) told me i was using PHP 5 when in fact i WAS NOT. I logged in to FTP and did the PHP call to see what version it was using and most of them were using PHP4.

Upgrading MySQL 4.0 to 5.0?
I have an old CMSMS v1.4.1, with MySQL 4.0. I am planning to upgrade to v1.11. Do i need to upgrade my MySQL to 5.0? How and when do i do that? Should i just export the old database, then set up a 5.0, and import it from there, as the first step?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Old CMSMS versions running on PHP 5.4?
Hello, I have about 20 CMSMS sites hosted with 1and1. They just sent out a notice saying they will not longer support PHP4 or PHP 5.2 and will be using PHP 5.4 as of April 1st, 2013. I logged into the control panel on most of my accounts and they all seem to be running the latest PHP 5.4 version, ev...

Re: [SOLVED] Transfer Host - Getting Header Errors
The above fix has worked. Downloaded files using FileZilla instead of dreamweaver and it resolved all header warning issues.

Re: Transfer Host - Getting Header Errors
I think i've found the problem: http://www.geeklog.net/faqman/index.php?op=view&t=38 I compared the "_php4" file specified in the error with the original from a clean v1.10 version and noticed white space between every single line in the code. The web site then proceeded to go to anoth...

Permissions look to be set at 705 for most folders. I reset the tmp, uploads, and modules at 755, but that didnt seem to change anything. I cant see any weird htaccess files anywhere. The error that it is referencing in the two files are: "/lib/html_entity_decode_php4.php": "&circ...

Re: Transfer Host - Getting Header Errors
I already tried uploading the install from v1.10, and didnt seem to remove any of the errors.... Perhaps i did something wrong in the transfer process? Re: Transfer Host - Getting Header Errors
The control panel in Go Daddy said it is running PHP 5.3, and php info confirms here: http://elixirmedical.com.previewdns.com/phpinfo.php Could that file have come from the old host? I copied all my old files and uploaded to the new server. I don't know what PHP version the old host was running. I w...
