I am going crazy here. I am using CSSMenu on a project now, and it worked in IE and FF beautifully, but now it's gone crazy! The menu won't show any submenu's anymore in IE.

I've cleared the cache of the cms;
I updated the menu to 1.1.6;
and tried some cssstuff, but I can't get it working.

Please take a look at http://britservices.nl/index.php where you'll see that in IE the submenu won't show up!

For some reason the CSSMenu.js file is not loading. This changes IE so Hover works.

I did a clean install from today's daily and found the same problem - the CSSMenu.js file is not loading.

In Firefox it was working OK, but now I receive the following error:

Quote
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in db:1 line 26]: syntax error: expecting '=' after attribute name 'params' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1565) in /usr/home/britserv/public_html/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

Sorry about that, it should be ok again by now. I tried the statistics module, but I gave in the wrong parameter. Could you please try to look at it again?

Firefox is OK as it doesn't rely on the JS for hover to work, only IE needs it.

I know. So it is what you said. The .js file is not being loaded correctly in Internet Explorer and that should probably have to do with the fact that the installation went wrong? Or do you think it has to do with the nightly build?

what kind of .js is the menu using. In the past I worked with the following script:

Seems to have started a few days back as I did a clean install (including a wipe of the DB) on each of the daily builds for the past few days with the same result.

JS modules/CSSMenu/CSSMenu.js - more info located here http://www.nickrigby.com/index.php

TNTH is this working for you now? I am still not getting the JS file to load with today's build and a fresh install.

Nope, still doesn't work for me. I find it very strange, because in the beginning it loaded the js, and all of a sudden it stopped. I haven't installed it over yet, and didn't clean my cache because I don't think that's the problem.

I'm going to look at it again the coming week (I guess, busy busy busy)

I went back to version .11 beta 1 and CSSMenu is working again (js file loads). Broken sometime ?? after that.
