can't install LangaugeManage 0.7.8

when i want to download and install LanguageManager 0.7.8

i get en error

I checked for "Language Manager" in forge - its empty. 

If you want multilingual CMSms version there is CMSms-mle-fork (CMSMadeSimple Multilingual; it is not supported by regular CMSms devs) or search forum there are some topics on how to create multilingual site using regular CMSms.
In addition you could use "TranslationManager". I found it very powerful.

uhhhh i fought about TransitionalManager but wrote LanguageManager :/

hmm in fresh copy of CMS i can install it hmm so i dont know what was wrong before
