Allora SOAP ce l'ho attivo lo, avevo gia verificato tramite phpinfo(),
però continua a darmi questo errore quando cerco di attivare un utente e non so come risolverlo

penso che dipenda appunto dalle SOAP Extensions e non dal modulo
