The first page I created in CMSMS is "Home" which is also set to be my index page.  I can also get to the same page by going to "www.site.com/home".  So the subpages to my home pages show up like this "Home >> Home >> SubPage"  Is there anyway I can get rid of one of the Home sections?  I can't think of many other solutions, but if any1 has one I'm open to suggestions

You can change the call in the template, it most likely says root or start or something that would point to the first call of Home, or else you have pages under home page and this is where it's coming from...

Go to Extensions Modules/Tags click the name of the module/tag or the word Help to the right to get the parameters it takes...
Right click and view source is a great way to see what you have to work with...
Not sure what ver. CMSMS, PHP, server OS, etc. look at the System Information page...

I don't understand what is problem.
root param is for others different "root page", breadcrumb shows all path from real "root page" (aka home) of current page
You must don't put root="" if you want real "root page"
